This place is very nice. It's tucked in the back of a neighborhood that is very clean well lit very nice staff they are honest people I had made a reservation and somehow in the system my reservation was already taken but the staff was professional and did everything they could to accommodate me and actually saved me money I highly recommend this place

Front desk girl is great. Facility well maintained and secure. I only wish the parking spaces were wider.

Clean, Well maintained, boat launch 50 yards away from boat storage area is hard to beat if you have a boat, but you pay for that convince.

Property Management is well run..Customer Service is always professional..I highly recommend , if you are in the Deep Creek Area or looking for a safe place to store your stuff..

My experience with Elizabeth River Seft Storage has been very positive.  Very friendly and helpful staff.  I pay by phone because I'm living out of state and every time I call they remember who I am.  Good personal service.  I highly recommend them for any storage needs.  They were there and ready to help when I needed them.  It was kind of a spur of the moment need, and they were very helpful.
