I came here because of the great reviews of Mr. Sam, the security guard. Well, I arrived after normal business hours (a great perk of the facility to be able to rent after 6:00PM) and Mr. Sam welcomed me like we were long time best friends! What a nice gentleman. Took a quick look around and was very impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep and knew I wanted to store my things here. I appreciate Mr. Sam's courtesy and enthusiasm, it's becoming more and more difficult to find such superb customer service. The service he provided and the cleanliness of the facility are the reasons I chose Jack Rabbit. I'm also very happy to support a business that hires Veterans! Thanks and I'm really happy to have found this location. R/ Alan

Mr. Sam was awesome. He was very helpful and he answered all the questions I had. He is very knowledgeable and willing to help. Great customer service 👌👌

Mr. Sam was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. He was friendly and was a joy to talk with. The property is well kept.  It is a clean, safe and well lit facility.  The staff is great and I would highly recommend this location for storage rental.
