Screwed me out of 1400 bucks by conveniently not telling us about other problems with the car. Then told us what he did work on, and that he KNEW it wouldn't fix her car after we had come back with problems. Do not ever take your business here.

Not too happy with service: I wish my experience was the same as the other reviews, but to be honest I did not feel like I was A VALUED CUSTOMER. They had our car for almost TWO WEEKS in the shop with probably two-three days that they didn't even touch it and we paid over 3k(for which we didn't really have, but had to get) to have them rebuild the transmission. Pretty sure we got shelved and set-a-side, so that someone else could get their car fixed, yes I am sympathetic to the other people, but still they should have had at minimum of one technician still working on it. Don't think it happened. Jeremiah was nice, but not a person that seemed to follow through with what he said. I would ask him to update me on occasion with all that was going on with my car, didn't really happen. I asked him to have an extra simple item to be put on the car, didn't happen. All the while, he said he would do it, didn't. I get the car back and it seems better overall from its previous self, but the steering wheel is not centered and I have to take it back for them to fix it. Like I said, I did not feel like a valued customer and I don't feel like I got my moneys worth in service. I probably won't be going back to this location after the steering issue is fixed.

We took our car in yesterday to have it repaired and should have been a simple fix but took all day and was told the vehicle was good to go and 15 minutes later the check engine light comes back on and it's still doing the same thing and we took our car back first thing this morning to get it looked at, to see what went wrong and we are being blown off and told they haven't had a chance to look at it yet, but its warranty work so I'm sure it's going to take forever again! They should of looked at it right away we came in as soon as they opened!! Not happy at all!!
