Had my car there three times and after paying them to diagnose a transmission problem, they never did.

Scheduled an apt for 8am. Arrived and front desk said the tech was out due to an emergency. They didnt cancel because they “didnt have my number.” Unprofessional. I should have read the reviews first.

Worst service I have ever had. A complete scam. I just had my alternator done, but when I took it to them they said I had a bad alternator. The "bad" alternator held a charge just fine, but made noise. He failed to tell me it was only "bad" because it is loud! until after I asked for my old alternator back. Nice $500 spent. Paying isn't the problem, but being misleading is a underhanded move in my opinion.
