Patty is very in considerate. When you sign up she gives you no details about the policy ,so now I am just finding out important details. This place isn't even very clean. She keeps no cleaning solutions or rags available to clean your machine after you use it. I've never seen her lift a finger cleaning any of the machines or anyone else for that matter. The shower in the men's restroom is a breeding ground for athletes foot and any other fungus you get from any nasty looking shower. The bathroom never has any paper towels to dry your hands after using the disgusting toilet. After  our 
encounter today I do not want to pay this disgusting excuse of a gym any more money, I will be shopping around the other places to try and find a more professional operating gym. 
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. The owner is a bitter body just going thru the motions.

Of the three gyms I know of in Ontario this one ranks third. Their equipment is old and poorly serviced. It takes several weeks to get any repairs done. 

On the good side the staff is kind and helpful. However they tend to leave angry and condescending notes around the gym for members to read.
