I was extremely nervous about having surgery on my eyes and neck.  I am fair skinned and scar badly.  I met with Dr. Smith twice before deciding on the surgery.  He is very personable and calm and explained the surgery in detail.   The results are outstanding.  During the recovery; I called his office twice for questions and his staff quickly got back to me.  He also followed up with me the following day.  I am highly impressed with this surgeon and would recommend him to all my friends.

Outstanding Mayo Clinic trained surgeon, I am very pleased with my surgery which took place in December of 2016.  The surgery was to alleviate pain and had an advantage of aesthetics.  I have experienced some bumps in the road during my recovery, but Dr. Smith and his team are steadfast to help me through.   He is a perfectionist, and this is the type of personality you want when someone is going to cut your body up and reconstruct it.  I find Dr. Smith easy to dialogue with, he has a professional demeanor yet an ease about him and he listens.  I do not hesitate to recommend him for surgery and have already done so to family, friends and colleagues.  Neither he nor any of his staff have ever approached me for a 5-star Google review/rating, I do this under my own free will.

He did an amazing job of taking care of the lose skin around my belly, He made me feel  comfortable, and knowledge about what to expect before and after surgery. I am happy to say I am now 6 weeks out and I'm very very happy with my results, thank you Dr Aaron 😌 And everyone that helped! Can't forget you. Peace out ✌🏽

My only regret....I should have done this thirty years ago!  Dr. Smith was honest, warm, open, and thorough.  I never felt rushed, nor did I ever feel like a number.  He spend more than adequate time with me, and answered all of my questions.  Post-surgery he and his staff were on the phone checking in to make sure that I was doing ok.  As far as results of my breast reduction, could not be happier.  Body, mind, and soul are better than ever.  What surprised me the most was all of my back issues have disappeared.  I always thought that I had a sore back, but not a bad back.  I had not clue how bad my back really was.  I feel like a million bucks.  Word of mouth goes a very long way, and I can not recommend Dr. Smith enough. I am so incredibly happy, and grateful everyday that my girl friends recommended him to me.

So today is 2-19-18. I had a consultation for 3pm. I arrived at 2:45 filled out the paper work and sat down. I was taken back at 3:30 and 3:45 I am still waiting. I finally just walked out! I didn’t get any update or apology for running late! I deal with clients all day and believe me when I say all my clients will hear about this. As for his help around his office the nurses don’t have customer service at all(she made a face and scuffed at me). Beware before you book an appt here.
