I went to visit him after a Gallbladder Attack, recommended by the emergency room and after a family member who is also a surgeon suggested him to me.  I went into his office that same week, and was careful with my eating habits as instructed by the Emergency Room staff.  I felt he was a very direct, analytical, but friendly person. His explanations about what needs to be done was very quick and to the point about 5 minutes of talking. He made it sound very routine, which at first I was nervous about because I've never had any serious surgery. But after thinking about it, routine was a good thing because that means he probably had a lot of experience with it.  Scheduled surgery for within 2 weeks, as advised by my surgeon family member. Dr. Siegel said sooner was better, but said he was flexible, and I felt that it was better to just get it over with as soon as possible.  The process of going in for the Gallbladder removal was shorter than my Emergency Room visit. Very little waiting time. He and the staff were very good at keeping my mom informed during and after the procedure.  Went back for a follow up, everything looked good, and was back to eating pretty much normal within a week or two.  Overall, pretty satisfied with the whole process through him. I would recommend. Just understand that there's not going to be a lot of banter, but that fits my personality anyways.

Dr. Siegel did my boyfriend’s gallbladder surgery for choleocystitis and was fantastic. Exact surgery outline he planned, he did, to the letter, and did it cleanly & in the timeline he promised - including immediately after they confirmed my boyfriend’s condition. The day after the surgery he was already healing properly enough to go home once he ate, and incisions were healing very well already. He was totally back to himself within a day and a half of meeting Dr. Siegel! He has great, friendly bedside manner and keeps it real with you. My boyfriend has medicaid too. I absolutely recommend this doctor/surgeon, you will go home happy and even feel like you made a friend out of your doctor haha. He genuinely cares; treats you as if he knows you personally and wants the best possible outcomes, the way you as a family member would want for your loved one.

Phenomenal surgeon! He is very professional and made me feel comfortable and safe before and after my procedure. His office staff does so much - they walked me through the entire surgery process. No question was left unanswered. Highly recommend Dr. Siegel and Vista.

My mom is currently almost on her death bed because of this man. i don't agree with NONE of the services he provides.

Was rude kind of a sarcastic man didn't seem to have consideration of people's feelings .did not like him from the start .
