I want to thank Dr. Saffrin for saving my life. He will always have a special place in my heart. I can't thank him enough for finding my tumor, getting rid of it and telling me I would survive. I even was able to father another child after my surgery. I am doing great thanks to him.

I went to this office and they put me on powerful drugs. I started having heart problems off the drug, I looked it up and this drug can cause heart failure and all sorts of problems. I called the office, talked to the front desk and they said I had to talk to the secretary, however this is the problem, you can never get ahold of the secretary. She is never there to answer and when she did call back it was a few days later. It took me over 2 weeks just to talk to someone about my heart. I thought it was more serious then that. So I went in  and changed doctors because I thought it could just be his Urologist. However apparently they take offense to switching doctors. He essentially pushed me out the door and said don't come back. However in a professional way. They could have just told me this on the phone rather then charging me the visit for him to push me out the door. UROPARTNERS IS A HORRIBLE RUN CORPORATION. I tried to go to another uropartner office and they got into fight with me about switching doctors. I never heard of this. What about a second opinion? Also when I was on the phone and upset about how long it toke the secretary back to me, she was laughing at me. I'm in a lot of pain, embarrassed about my condition and I have to deal with people who don't think a heart condition is serious. I took myself off the drug but what a mess. I would not ever go to these people. doctor Saffrin is the one who pushed me out the door, so diffenently don't see him.
