Started off great but service has gone downhill dramatically! Buying washer and dryer and washer broke and yes they were quick to pick it up and give us a smaller loaner but that's when issues started. Took two months to get washer back and when we did it came back smashed on top where the dials are. Not to mention when delivery guys brought it in they kept the lid up entire time and did not even let me look at it with them once installed. Called immediately and was told that was unexceptable and he was going to manager immediately. Waited awhile and husband called back for a female employee to give him the run around and was told there was no manager available.
