We worked with the staff at this establishment to special order a sectional couch that would fit in our limited space. They were awesome, and our new sectional showed up 1 week earlier than promised, and is perfect. We also needed 2 swivel rockers for the same room. For a full month we spoke to the same 2 people trying to find us these chairs. We finally had to special order them. They took OVER THREE MONTHS to arrive, and when they got here, they only swiveled - no rocker. Our paperwork specifically said "swivel rockers". They have promised to take care of this for another TWO MONTHS - NOTHING! Not even one phone call. My husband has repeatedly called and stopped in to inquire - NOTHING! This was not cheap furniture - we paid $2,000 for the sectional, and $1,000 for 2 little chairs. My grandchildren will be too old to be rocked before I ever get my rocking chairs. The worst part is that they don't care at all. They got their $3,000 from us, and that's all they care about. Don't ever buy anything from these people or any of their other locations. They're sweet as pie until they make a mistake - then they forget who you are.

No complaints.. we got our recliner couch and love seat and kids beds.. they are about the same price as anyone else and we really come back because of the extra warranty we pay for. Havent needed it yet....

Customer service has always been wonderful whenever I have gone into this store JUST to look around. They do not HOUND you, if you respectfully tell them you're just looking--I APPRECIATE THAT alot!! They have MANY items we haven't seen at Langlois or ART VAN. We AVOID Art Van because of poor quality now, too. So we have sought other furniture businesses to purchase from. Ken's is one of them! So far we have been pleased with our purchases. ;-D
