Customer service was amazing. Was given full details about merchandise I was interested in. Start to finish, no information was left out. No questions were left unanswered. Didn't feel rushed or pressured. Would recommend business in the future.

Stopped in to make a payment even though my accounts were at a different location. This makes paying easier being able to go to different locations to pay. Good selections and friendly knowledgeable staff makes getting whT your looking for easier. Free delivery and set up on everything.

I was an employee at the Parma store for a brief period of time and I was sent out to this store for training. Long story short, I really enjoyed working with the employees at the Parma store for the short period of time I was employed. However, when I was sent to Eastlake store for training, I was reported for supposedly making "racist" comments in front of two other employees. Hence, my employment with Aaron's was terminated. The funny part is one of the employees was an African American who repeatedly used the word N***er while talking on his cell phone to his friends the whole time I was with him. The other employee, a caucasian, made references to "midgets with attitude." When I called the GM at the Eastlake store to ask him what I supposedly said. he would not tell me anything. The moral of the story is I was terminated for hearsay by a bunch of rat, tattle tailing, chain smoking employees. If I was a future customer or employee, I would be very weary about purchasing anything from a store that had huge chunks of broken glass by the restroom doors in the back of the store because nobody would clean it up. On the other hand, I would tell you go the Parma store because I think that store is great.
