Thank you Shawn for the great service, quality products, and "Hot Buys"! We purchased a bedroom set, dining tables, and now mattresses. This place is fantastic! They have great prices and selections. Dustin was an amazing help to us. He helped us pick out what would work best for our home and give us some ideas on what might go together. We cannot speak highly enough of him! We will definitely be returning to visit Dustin and Northeast Factory Direct in Eastlake.

My wife and I worked with Greg to find the right couch for us. Greg was extremely helpful and patient with us trying to make a decision. He looked up several prices for us and never once was impatient or rude. The selections and prices at the store were great and we will definitely shop there again next time. Thanks Greg!

I've wanted to visit them for quite some time, and my first visit today did not disappoint.  Dustin was more than helpful but never pushy -- he answered all my questions and worked with me to find just what I wanted, even mixing and matching some items to get me just the pieces I preferred.  Class act all around.  I'll be going back there soon to get some more items for the house, and will highly recommend it to anyone who asks.

UPDATE: Had several pieces of furniture delivered today.  John and Charlie were polite and professional, and they made the entire process enjoyable.  I was very pleased with my experience in the showroom and now again with the delivery of the items to my home.  This is a well run company, and I will be doing more business with them in the near future.

Dustin was so helpful and down to earth. Appreciated his calm demeanor while trying to work thru a heavy purchase! He has great inter-personal skills, you never feel pressured or in a hurry. Sean chimed in at the end was just as helpful!!! Thanks guys!!
