Horrible  delivery person broke my light outside pulled couch where staples are showing, wouldn't listen on how to bring it in the house, nicked the leather and scratches  asked to not un wrap it until it was in the house but he unwrapped it in the street. Told the mgr . I was told when he was in our town he would repair it it's going on a year in Nov. We were late on a payment and called to tell them we would be in that weekend . But they called every day an my husband's cell and my family s... unacceptable .when our contract is done we will never get any thing from hear again

HORRIBLE!!  I've been waiting on a dresser and chest of drawers for 3 weeks.. being told it's coming in the following week...even called today... same story... fed up!!  Requesting a refund... have to wait on that too!!  I had planned to get new stove and fridge from there... Not in this life!!   HORRIBLE!!

Eh, it's okay if you're in a pinch, try to buy outright or at least in the 90 day period. Do not pay monthly! You will end up paying ridiculous prices for your pieces if you pay monthly.
