This place is good if you’re shopping for clothes also it is mostly always clean.The staff are really friendly. I would recommend coming here .

Literally dozens of shopping carts scattered all over the parking lot for more than 2 straight hours. Brought it to the service desks attention, ( after waiting to talk with them for more than 15 minutes due to being ignored) but they did nothing about it. More than 10 people waiting to checkout with the one and only (very slow) cashier working. Restrooms were absolutely disgusting. Brought that to their attention, but to no avail. Went back to use the restroom and hour later, and they hadn't been touched. How this place has any customers is amazing. Nothing about shopping here is even remotely close to pleasant. My family will not be coming back. Much better to just drive the extra 8 miles to Walmart, who at least takes pride in their store. Checkout took more than 45 minutes from when we got in line. Little Debbie cookies we wanted we're supposed to be displayed individually, apparently, so the box that we picked up off the shelf with all the other little Debbie wasn't treats for sale. This easily the worst shopping center in town. Unorganized, unfriendly, and lazy.

Best store ever. Prices are reasonable. Never too long to checkout. Unless it's busy I understand or when being short staffed it's understanding as well. Best employee is Irasema Chapa. #IrasemafromKmart NEW managers are better than the old ones. Store has improved A LOT. If I could rate this higher it would be a 10+

Went in and got help fast then had to get another gift card and the service desk last made me wait 25 mins becuse she went to another regster just left me there till another lady came and helped me at that point

The lines are ALWAYS long, takes so long to get checked out...BUT there is an associate there named Jacob. Jacob is absolutely AMAZING. He is always quick to assist shoppers. When I'm in the store, Jacob ALWAYS asks "Hello, how are you and is there anything I can assist you with". He once had his hands full of stock he was putting on shelves and he stopped what he was doing to ask if I needed help. And I didn't even ask for his assistance. That truly impressed me about that young man. Thank you Jacob. #JacobIsRoswellsKmartsBestEmployee
