I have had nothing but great experiences with Aarons. I have purchased many items from Aarons including TV's, laptops and dining tables. Their merchandise is great quality at good prices. Of course anytime you use a rent to own company you will pay more. However, if you want the convenience having it right away and having the merchandise set up and insured, this is the place to go. Their staff is courteous and professional. Out of the many years I have dealt with them, I only had one time that I ran into difficulty making payments and they worked with me to the very end. I used rent a center and colortyme once in the past and I will never use them again. I highly recommend Aarons. To this day, I still have the dining table and it's in excellent condition and I purchased it over 5years ago. Excellent quality merchandise!

Got a 55 inch TV. about the time I paid it off the TV started getting a weird shadowing around the edge, they came and got it to send it to the manufacturer and gave me a 45 inch loaner TV, we'll it's been over 2 months and I get promised phone calls, but no o e calls me, no one can give me an answer, the manager Jeremy is apparently never there and I think that's horrible customer service cause all I want is answers but get none. So good luck if u have a similar issue with them.
