The Manassas Ashley Furniture home store is our local furniture store in the area. My girlfriend and I have just purchased our first apartment and were looking at some furniture over the weekend. Immediately upon walking into the store we were greeted by an associate named Stephan who welcomed us into the store, told us about the awesome sales they had going on, and told us he would be around if we had any questions whatsoever. When we finally picked out some pieces that we liked, Stephan was very knowledgeable about the specifics of the pieces. (Couch and love seat). He explained all of the features of the couch, demonstrated how to take the cushions off and helped us figure out if we had enough space for both of the pieces in our new place! He gave us plenty of time to ourselves to make our mind up and discuss our thoughts. Throughout our first furniture buying experience we never felt pressured or annoyed by sales people following us around like most places. Stephan made our time and purchase extremely easy and fun to do! He was very thorough with the paperwork and the front desk ladies made for a very fast and easy process when paying for our items. We would highly recommend this store, and Stephan to everyone! Thank you!

After placing an in-store purchase, we were told that the furniture would be delivered in a few weeks and that we would get a call to schedule the delivery. We were excited because we picked some great pieces for a great deal. When the delivery date arrived, we still hadn't received a call so I called customer to see what was happening. They said our dining table chairs wouldn't be coming for another 6 weeks. I told them this was unacceptable - we were given a delivery date and there was no communication or update about any late deliveries. Customer service said they would call me back tomorrow to see if another warehouse could complete the order instead to expedite the process. Did they call me back? No - again I called and expressed my frustration over the lack of communication. They then stated the furniture should be arriving in about 2 weeks and that would call to schedule. Again that week arrives without a call. Reluctantly I called again, only to be given another delivery date and the sales agent that sold us the furniture (he was great when we bought the furniture in-store) repeatedly hung up on us. We went to Ashley because of their great prices but this unacceptable lack of service and communication was not worth it.

Extremely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service, and delivery time. We went in end early June, spend several hours selecting a dining set and couch + loveseat set for our new home. King our sales Rep was amazing. Knowledgeable, patient, and easy going. I expected my delivery on 7/10. The week of delivery I called to confirm delivery and was advised it would arrive to warehouse 7/10 at which point I would be contacted to schedule the delivery for the following week. I was a little disappointed I wouldn't have it when expected but understood-things happen. 7/10 delivery day came and past and I never heard from anyone. Early the following week I called several times and phone always went to voicemail. I called back to back in order to get a person on the phone. The lady explained the dining set had to be sent back due to it being broken. I asked why nobody had updated me- and mentioned I had a family event this weekend and counted on my furniture being here by now. (Needless to say my event got moved to my moms house for the sake of comfort.) The customer service agent wasn't helpful. She just let me vent, said very little to make up for this inconvenience. When I said I would most likely cancel this purchase she said okay- made one attempt at split delivery. At which point it was too late. Why would split delivery be extended to me now? Why not as of 7/10? I cancelled my purchase. This isn't the right way to do business. Lack of customer service, misinformation, zero ownership for their lack of communication. Taking my hard earned money elsewhere.

I've never been furniture shopping before, and the employee that helped me. Justin, was very informative, quick, and most importantly kind. My mother and I enjoyed every moment we spent with him and will make sure we not only come back to him in the future but recommend all of the people we know to him. All around, charismatic man!

Jessica was so helpful as soon as we walked in the store. She greeted us, familiarized herself with what we were looking for and helped us choose several pieces of furniture. She stayed in contact with me giving me updates on delivery and made sure we had our furniture when needed. I appreciate her so much and she is a wonderful asset to Ashley Furniture! She was very professional! Walk in and ask for Jessica, you won't be disappointed!
