Been waiting all day on my ONLY day off for them to deliver my items! After i just paid almost 300$ for! The delivery times were between 12pm-4pm. I have called the office twice today to see what was going on and they said we were next for delivery and  here it is 430pm and they still haven't arrived. They lady also told me they would call when they are on their way as I requested and still no call. **Update just called again was told they were at the store and would leave in about 10 minutes. After 30 minutes of still waiting just got a call from them FINALLY and they are just now on there way at 513pm.**

I've been a customer of Aarons for 7 years... I was originally with the store  on Augusta Road when they decided to close that store.. all of my accounts were transferred to Easley South Carolina store.. I have hated dealing with the store since day one.. They can't keep a manager... I had to have a lawn mower fixed that took over a month and I didn't get a loaner while they were fixing mine.. when my lawn mower was fixed Monday not correctly they called to tell me that they wanted their payment for a lawn mower that they had for over a month.... I have been going through some personal health issues and there's a chance I may have breast cancer... I was told today by the new store manager that my breast cancer was in his problem Peter wanted a hundred and $154 payment or he wanted the lawn mower.... I asked him if he could give me to the first of the month to make the payment he told me no and took my lawn mower... it's nice to see that it really is just about the money that they don't give a damn about their customers..  great customer service

Been doing business with them for years and never had a problem. If you pay your bill on time they are very good  to you.
