I think there a great phone provider usually always have service employees are always friendly and are constantly looking to get you great deals on new promotions and products highly recommended

Although I have been with this company when they where sun com I have always had great customer service until the Tuesday Oct 24,2017 my husband and I had a complaint about his battery not charging too 100% since the recent software update and this new guy was very arrogant and rude saying "I do this for a living so I know what I'm doing" deleted apps without my husbands' permission and moved his settings around. I had to go back and fix what he did. I don't think that was very professional and will not deal with this person again. I will be dealing with the other staff from now on.

If I could give T mobile a negative 100 rating I would.. they take advantage of the customer.

Terrible customer service. They mess up your rebates and leave you with no support. You need better staff!
