The manager is excellent. They are very professional and like to help in everything you need, if they don't have what you want they order and made everything possible.

I've been dealing with Aaron's for a long time now and I will never go anywhere else. Friendly workers and the manager Joe is awesome

I bought a 55 inch smart tv. I work 6 days a week Monday through Saturday for the past 5 years so a lot of my shopping is done online & over the phone. This was my 1st purchase from Aarons I needed a tv in the living room desperately. I couldn't afford $800 on a 55inch at the time so I decided to rent to own. The woman I spoke with on the phone told me it would be a 12 month payment plan of $91 a month so I already knew I was paying like $500 more then what it was actually worth if I would of went to Best Buy or Walmart. I get done work drive 45 mins out there signed off on the contract and set up delivery. Well #1 they brought me a 55 inch tv in no box or anything for all I know it was the display tv. Then after my 1 yr was up I call them to find out I HAVE AN ENTIRE YEAR LEFT ON IT!!! The term was for 2 YEARS!!!! In 4 months when my tv is paid for I will have done paid a little over $2,000!!!!!!! It makes me sick to my stomach when I was in Walmart tonight and I saw my exact tv there priced at $698 it makes me sick. Companies like this take advantage of people the way they do! I will NEVER recommend anyone to go to Aarons. Do a lay away and pay on it until it's paid off at least you won't be ripped off by companies like this.

Never had a problem with them good service all around and have bought many items from them over the years.  Been more than nice to me
