Rip off, con artist..., told me that I could get buy one get one iPhone 8, I just had to make one device payment and add an additional line... 2 iphones bill goes up by $40. Left out one fact... I was suppose to go to an unlimited plan which would have added another $60 for a total increase of 100 per month. Deception. I am a fairly educated consumer. I asked plenty of questions. Lying by omission. Save yourself trouble and go to a corporate store.

Everyone in this store is super helpful!! 
They have a great energy! I was greeted at the door and all my concerns were taken care of in a timely fashion. AMAZING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!

The most dishonest manager ever. How can you serve the customers and lie to them?!!!! 
I bought a phone 2 months ago and the manager of this store told me that the activation fee would be waived, since I have one line service. I got my bill and the activation fee was still there. I called the manager again and he told me to call Verizon customer service, I did as he told me. The customer service told me that they do not waive the activation fees, that this service is only offered in the store and the manager can do it. I called the store again, but the manager was on the business trip till Friday. (I called on Monday) I called Friday and the manager was busy with customers, I called again the manager was busy eating his lunch. I called one more time and the lady told me, that as soon as he gets free, he ll contact me. In an hour the lady (not the manager) called and told me that I ll get the credit of 30 $ paying my bill next time. I received my bill and guess what ? no credits!!! I spent so much time calling to the manager and to the customer service. The money isn't big, but it's principles. Why are they fooling me?!!!
