BED BUGS! BED BUGS! BED BUGS! BED BUGS!  
NEVER AGAIN!!!!

MY WIFE AND I MADE THE DECISION TO PURCHASE A BEDROOM SET FROM OUR LOCAL AARON’S FURNITURE RENTAL STORE, IN PROCESS OF SUPPORTING OUR LOCAL ECONOMY AND JOBS. WE WERE GREETED WITH VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AT THE TIME OF OUR PURCHASE. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF THE QUESTIONS WE PRESENTED, AND ASSURED MY WIFE AND I, THAT THEY WOULD ADDRESS ALL CONCERNS IN THE FUTURE THAT MAY ARISE. MY WIFE AND I FELT CONFIDENT WITH THE DECISION TO OBTAIN FURNITURE FROM AARON’S FURNITURE RENTAL. (THIS WAS THE BEGINNING OF THE END OF OUR SHOPPING WITH AARON’S RENTAL FURNITURE.)
A TIME OF DELIVERY WAS SCHEDULED FOR OUR FURNITURE, AFTER MY WIFE AND I HAD SIGNED THE PAPERWORK. MY WIFE AND I WERE ASSURED THAT WE WOULD RECEIVE OUR FURNITURE THE NEXT DAY IN THE MORNING. I CALLED AFTER NOON THE NEXT DAY, DUE TO THE FACT THAT OUR FURNITURE HAD FAILED TO BE DELIVERED BY AARON’S FURNITURE RENTAL AS PROMISED. I WAS GIVEN ONE EXCUSE, AFTER ANOTHER WHEN SPEAKING WITH THEIR STAFF. I WAS TOLD THAT THE MANAGER WAS NOT THERE AT THE STORE.  I FINALLY GOT TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER, AFTER ASKING FOR THE DISTRICT / COMPLAINT PHONE NUMBER. THE MANAGER STATED, “YOU WILL GET YOUR F**KING FURNITURE!”, BEFORE THE PHONE WAS SLAMMED. (THIS SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THE TYPE OF BUSINESS, WHICH I WOULD BE RECEIVING FROM AARON’S RENTAL FURNITURE.) OUR FURNITURE WAS FINALLY DELIVERED THAT AFTERNOON. IT WAS BROUGHT INTO THE DINING ROOM IN BOXES, AND THE MATTRESS / BOX SPRING WITHOUT ANY COVER / PLASTIC. THE DELIVERY MEN STATED THAT IT WAS PROTOCOL TO REMOVE COVERS / PLASTIC FROM THE MATTRESS / BOX SPRINGS AT THE WAREHOUSE. I MADE THE COMMENT THAT THE MATTRESS / BOX SPRINGS WERE THE ONES OFF OF THE SHOWROOM. THEY HAD THE SAME MARKS / MUD FROM OTHER PEOPLE’S SHOES, WHICH I HAD WITNESSED DURING THE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AT TAHLEQUAH’S AARON’S FURNITURE RENTAL. I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS MISTAKEN. THE DELIVERY MEN STATED THAT THEY HAD A LOT OF DELIVERIES, WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO PUSH THE ISSUE FARTHER. I WAS GIVEN A FORM TO SIGN, AND THEN THE DELIVERY MEN LEFT THE BOXES OF FURNITURE UNASSEMBLED, AND THE MATTRESS / BOX SPRING IN THE DINING ROOM.  MY WIFE AND I ASSEMBLED THE FURNITURE, AND PLACED THE “BED BUG” COVERS ON THE MATTRESS / BOX SPRING AS INSTRUCTED BY AARON’S FURNITURE RENTAL.
MY WIFE THEN BEGAN DEVELOPING RED, RISEN AREAS ALONG HER UPPER ARMS. MY WIFE AND I COULD NOT FIND ANY REASON FOR THIS TYPE OF SKIN ISSUE, UPON ASSESSMENT OF THE ENVIRONMENT OF OUR HOUSE. IT WAS ONLY WHEN MY WIFE FOUND A BLOODY SPOT ON THE SHEET ONE MORNING. MY WIFE AND I FOUND “BABY” BED BUGS COMING OUT FROM AROUND THE ZIPPER OF THE “BED BUG” COVERS ON THE MATTRESS / BOX SPRING. WE FOUND A LOT OF “BABY” BED BUGS, ON THE MATTRESS / BOX SPRING, AFTER THE “BED BUG” COVERS WERE OPEN FOR INSPECTION. MY WIFE AND I TOOK PICTURES AND SAMPLES OF THE “BABY” BED BUGS ON TAPE TO TAHLEQUAH’S AARON’S FURNITURE RENTAL TO THE MANAGER. THE MANAGER BECAME HYPER-AGGRESSIVE, WHEN SHE WAS PRESENTED WITH THE EVIDENCE. THE MANAGER STOOD UP, AND APPROACHED MY WIFE IN AN AGGRESSIVE MANNER. THE MANAGER PRESENTED IN AN AGGRESSIVE POSTURE, ONCE SHE WAS APPROX. 1 FT FROM MY WIFE’S FACE. THE MANAGER BEGAN YELLING; SWINGING HER ARMS, POINTING HER FINGER AT MY WIFE’S FACE, AND BEGAN THREATENING TO CALL THE POLICE. THE MANAGER THREATENED TO USE LEGAL MEANS TO MAKE MY WIFE AND I PAY FOR A MATTRESS / BOX SPRING, WHICH WAS COVERED WITH “BABY” BED BUGS. THE MANAGER DID OFFER TO HAVE THE FURNITURE ASSESSED BY LOCAL EXTERMINATOR AT TAHLEQUAH’S AARON’S FURNITURE RENTAL TICKET; UNLESS THE MANAGER DEEMED THAT THE ISSUE WAS FROM OUR END. THE MANAGER STATED THAT SHE HAS NEVER PAID FOR ANY ASSESSMENT.  THE MANAGER DID ALL OF THIS IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS, AND OTHER AARON’S FURNITURE RENTAL STAFF. THE MANAGER REFUSED TO TELL US HER NAME, WHEN MY WIFE AND I ASKED. MY WIFE AND I JUST WANTED TO FIND A CALM SOLUTION TO THIS ISSUE.
 
I WILL NEVER BUY ANY OTHER ITEMS FROM TAHLEQUAH’S AARON’S FURNITURE RENTAL.

Very rude and disrespectful, the manger named JAMIE is very unprofessional. we have been renting two bedroom suits for over a year, which where sold as new but had been used which,we were not told of such until I asked them when they got delivered. But we needed them asap and we even had to reassemble them correctly when Aarons fail to come back after being called. We found a better deal on two more bedroom suits and purchased them. We contacted Aarons and told them and scheduled for the bedroom suits to be picked up. We where told pick up would be after 3pm and before 6pm. They showed up after 7pm the next day, we had the ready for pick sitting in our living room for two days. We call them again and once again they showed up the next day after 7pm. Once they did show up while we were home, our area was getting the worst rain storm and the merchandise got slightly wet from rain when my garage was opened. And they refused to pick it up. My wife call the next business day and was told there not going to get it and there going to take us to court and she got hung up on. So I went to the store and was immediately screamed and yelled by the manger JAMIE, and was not even able to talk. She could not explain why they didn't show up like scheduled but they can just show and we should be home. When the manger kept changing her story on delivery scheduling and I called her out on it and said show me proof, which she failed to present. She then kicked me out of the store and threatened to call the Police. The manger could have and should have been professional about the whole situation especially with other customers in the store. WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK

We have been renting from this place since August 2016. Never had a problem until recently, a new manager has started named Jamie. This women is something else. We decided to return our stuff and rent from someone else. We advised the store on Wednesday but was told that Jamie was off that day and would call us on Thursday. We called the store Thursday afternoon since we had not heard back from the manager (term used lightly). She advised us that she had just arrived to work at 2:45 and that we needed to understand that her work schedule was very trying, that she also covered the Owasso store and it takes her an hour and a half to get to Tahlequah. She further stated that we were fourth on her list of return calls and she hung up. Needless to say we never got a return call on Thursday. We attempted to get a number to call the regional manager and was given a number for a fax machine. We had to call the Muskogee Aaron's to get a correct number. We then attempted to set up a time for the furniture to be picked up from our house and was told that it couldn't be done until next Thursday. We go to talk to this woman and she's in the office screaming at us from there while she has some guy who is trying to intimidate us at the counter. Eventually she came out of the office continued to scream at us then threatened to call the sheriff on us the customers who are standing there looking at her in disbelief over how she is acting. The guy then said to us that WE WOULD pay for the furniture even if we returned it. 
These people were outrageous and very unprofessional. I would never go back to them to rent and would never recommend them to anyone.
