DO NOT BUY MATTRESS FROM THIS STORE!! My husband and I purchased 2 mattresses and storage frames from Lowerys and specifically asked the gentleman helping us if there was a warranty or guarantee and he told us that we could exchange it but no refund. So that was good enough for me. We HATE the mattress and called to see what can be done 2 weeks later and was wanting to exchange it and the man I had to talk to was fairly rude in my opinion and said there was no way he would've ever told anyone that and they would not exchange it, which if I would've been aware of I would have taken the time to go to a reputable mattress store! I learned a lesson with this one and will never purchase another thing there ever!

Supporting local small businesses is a economically healthy buying practice. I have shopped at Lowery's for over 10 years. I have only asked to return two items in 10 years and this last time I was refused. I did not ask for cash back, just exchange and was refused. I told the Owner?manager that he lost a good customer. As much as I am compelled to support local businesses, I will go to Tulsa and shop online for my discounted goods. I will never go back to shop at Lowry's regardless of how good the buy is due to the inconsideration and blatant disregard for my loyal patronage for the past 10 years
