I find the process intrusive not a all around horrible experience the staff was friendly but couldn't deliver same day as advertised.....hmmmm? How convienent....

Nice store, stopped in to pick up TV and fill out paper work. Manager was kind and helpful.

Did my application online and went into the store the next day to set up delivery and sign paperwork. The store manager told me that my things would be delivered between 5-7pm. I told him I had a prior engagement that I had to be to at 6:30p and could they be at my house by 6pm. He told me yes. Well they didn't show up until after 6:47pm. That's when the store manager called me and asked me where was I cause the guys are at my house and no one is home. Then said well they'll be out tomorrow same time. I sat here and waited for them until 6:55pm. I called the store and the guy there said he didn't have anyone to deliver my things and that they would be out the next day. Are you kidding me?? They act like someone has time to sit and wait around for them to deliver crap. Terrible service and all they do is LIE!!!!
