I hate home improvement store.  They are cold and impersonal,  but this visit everyone was friendly and very helpful.   I was able to put together this beautiful arrangement for less than $60.00.  Had I gone to a florist it would have been well over $100.00.  Thank you Lowes.  The young sales lady helped me register for my military discount.   She was wonderful and patient.

Absolutely worst experience I have ever had dealing with a delivery service. Every person I dealt with at Lowe's was kind and kept saying sorry it is their third party. Lowes employed the third party, which means yes I am dealing with you. We got half our money back so far and will still be dealing with the third party Cory who shows up without calling, never call the number you ask them to, and then schedule your pick up from the store and your drop off date on the same. According to Lowe's there goes another day we do not get our new washer fixed! City's delivered it faulty and our waterline ripped out of the wall and sounded like a bomb going off in our kitchen. Never again will i shop here.

The day to day service is ok.  However, I contacted Lowe's to put up a vinyl fence for me & after 6 months w/no fence & 4 excuses from 4 contractors as to why no fence I finally cancelled.  Thankfully, we got a better deal and amazing service with @allamericanaluminum

Decent store friendly staff. The store plays horiable music.I have no idea who makes the selection but it is nerve racking. Makes me want to leave asap.

Salespeople helped with paint supplies and specialty lighting. We used our military discount that is not available at Home Depot. Home Depot offers it to active and retired members. Lowe's offers it to All honorably discharged service people after you fill out info online.
