Incredibly rude and NOT helpful AT ALL! I locked myself out of my house and the receptionist that answered couldn't get past the fact that I didn't have a phone. Well, if I planned on locking myself out I would've grabbed my phone, I'm freezing outside in Wisconsin with no jacket and so are my dogs, I told her I needed someone ASAP. 20 minutes out in the cold I called again from the gas station and she said, oh, i JUST told someone 20 minutes after you called! Really, what's the point in waiting so long? Then I finally got someone on the phone that could give me a time frame they would be by my house to which they replied 45 minutes, well by then I'll be an icicle and almost 2 hours late for work. TNT Locksmith saved me and my dogs in a timely manner. These people are just RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Great experience here- other reviews seem from people with unrealistic expectations. This is my go to place- super competent and priced right.

Called inquiring new locks on a house I am buying. They called back promptly, but were very rude when I asked if they do a quote first or if they just come out and do the work. Was told, "not right now, it's past business hours" and I needed to call back during business hours for a quote. I'll find someone with better customer service to do the work and not act like I am a burden to you. I didn't expect you to run out the door immediately as I was trying to explain that I close on the house next week and was just trying to get prepared. By the way, you could have waited until regular business hours to call back and you wouldn't of looked like a total jerk. Thank you for your time!

Called and asked about making a key off a VIN number.

$65 fee for getting the code.

$25 fee for the key

$20 additional fee for god knows what!!?!

Guess what - $16.85 at the local Dodge Dealer!!!

You guys are CROOKS & DISHONEST!!!

Letter to BBB & Forward Janesville for your shady business practices!!!

I tried calling Aaron's lock and safe after having my deadbolt seize up. I was able to get through to their dispatcher no problem.  She told me they would call when they have a locksmith available. So i wait two hours and hear nothing. I called back the dispatcher, she apologized and said took care of it and i would hear from them soon. Needless to say I NEVER heard from anyone representing them at all the rest of the night.

I would recommend calling Serenity Locksmiths service if you need some one to help you the same day.
