Aro helped me get back in my car (locked my keys in) in the rain, during a Packer's game.  The locksmith dispatched to help was quick (inside my car within 2 minutes of him showing up) and prompt (he gave me a 25 minute ETA on the phone and was there in 25 minutes).  It was nice dealing with someone who was clearly a professional.

I originally called Waukesha Locksmiths, who assured me that a driver would be dispatched immediately and would call me soon.  45 minutes later I called back and they tell me that the driver had a problem calling me ... glad they let me know.  I gave them my phone number again, and what followed was another 45 minutes of silence.

I waited a total of 2 hours before I called tried the next locksmith on the list (Aro) and within 30 minutes of that call I'm happily driving along.  Would definitely recommend them.
