I recently went in for a routine cleaning and to take care of some cavities Dr. Shin is great. I did not experience any discomfort after the procedure and the white fillings feel and look perfect; however, the reason why I decided to write this review is because what really suprised me was the support staff especially the woman at the front desk, Yolanda. She is the face of the office. Her professionalism and courteousness made me feel like I finally chose the right dentist. She explained everything in detail and just made it seem like she really knew what she was doing and above all like she actually enjoys her job which is greatly appreciated in a setting where patients may already be feeling uneasy. Thank you so very much Dr. Shin, Yolanda and the rest of your wonderful staff. I appreciate you.

I was very nervous my first visit as I had neglected Dental Care for several years. The clerical staff was very cordial and professional. The dentist was professional and I felt very comfortable with her. The dental techs....absolutely amazing! Now, my mouth\teeth are healthy and I look and feel great. I absolutely recommend Aava Dental 😄

i was kinda iffy about dentist in lake elsinore. considering my bad experience before. Decided to give this place a try and it blew me away. the staff was very nice. The doctor was even more nice and really made me feel comfortable as she did my deep clean. Showed me how to floss properly and how to brush. I would highley recommend to any one to go to this place
