This company will likely only deal with bigger building and projects. If you have an older house that you want to inspect then a company like this could help you but this company has no such interest.  I reached out for an estimate on lead paint “x-ray” testing. The company could not give me an estimate on 1. When they could do it months away 2. How much it would cost it depends  The other method is doing wall scrapes and core samples. The company could not tell me 1. How many samples would be required for 4 rooms 2. A rough estimate on how much this would cost  I talked to a guy for 10 minutes. He became increasingly vague and just could not give any estimates whatsoever. Not even rough ballpark estimates.  I assume they must have other good enterprise level business than in this single family home area since they do not seem interested at all - I would even go as far as saying the company is discouraging one from hiring them.

Absolutely the best inspection department.  Jim was extremely helpful and concerned with our needs.  Asked questions to complete the work properly without breaking the budget.

At first, the company had a great response time however they forgot to provide quantities for a project and said they would go back and get the square footage for the repairs but did not comply. Now they are not responsive. Disappointing.

I worked for them through a temp service. Very awesome company!
