I came to Dr Kashini with the help of my husband. I could not drive or even walk unaided due to vertigo. It had progressed over several years. Upon examination Dr. found my sinuses completely packed with fungus on the right and bad on the left. He performed a balloon sinuplasty. Today 3 months later I drove myself to my follow up appt. I have my life back! Thank God and thank Dr. Kashini.
