Just had Abbey Carpet install a new Karndean floor. It looks fabulous! They were very professional and courteous. Everything was done in a timely manner. I would use them again without reservation. Thank you!

We hired an independent installer to do our tile work, and he ordered supplies from Abbey for us. Our project was time sensitive and Abbey was very slow with everything. Our installer provided square footage to Abbey. They did nothing for one week, so I stopped in the store to put down a deposit. They took my deposit, and still took 5 days to place the order. They ordered the wrong grout, despite being given the details, so we had to choose a new color, do a return, re order, and wait another week. They also overestimated the amount of tiles needed for the footage. We were left with 85 extra 13 x 13 tiles, over $200 in cost. We ended up selling these on Craig's list rather than dealing with Abbey any further. They also had invoice miscalculations and were unable to find the paperwork at times. Would not recommend!

they didn't stand behind their flooring warranty....the flooring started discoloring within 2 yrs. they called in a specialist who looked it over and said it must have been the glue they used. went back to the store and the owner/manager changed it and said that apparently there was a leak and that we were at fault. >:( we still can't find any kind of leak over 1 1/2 yrs later! i would NEVER recommend them to anyone...now we are out of thousands of dollars and have a terrible looking floor that just keeps getting worse! i would rate a zero star rating if i could!
