Do not recommend. Was really disappointed with our wedding cake. Not what we asked for. And when emailed the cake decorator, she was a little rude.

Carol is a very likeable person who listen's  to what you want. She does's try to "upsale" you. She made the exact came we asked for. I also had her do the groom's cake...it was the hit of the night. So of course we ordered a cake form her for the baby shower a few years later. Again perfection.  Cake's is delicious, moist and beautiful.  I have recommended ppl to go there for their's. Krechmier's has nothing by comparison.  Also, wonderful staff. Enjoy

Our wedding cake turned out EXACTLY as I had envisioned it! I was an out-of-town bride with limited time to meet when I was home for wedding appointments. Carol's Cakes was flexible and met with my mom and me around our schedule. They had such attention to detail and made sure every aspect of the cake, serving size, and day-of delivery was accounted for. They even took a picture of my wedding dress and mirrored the lace pattern on the middle layer of our cake! At times it was difficult to get a hold of them when I called with questions about payment, but other than that everything was perfect. They worked directly with my florist and reception venue so that I didn't have to worry about anything. I would certainly recommend Carol's Cakes to any bride-to-be.
