Great place if your credit isn't super great. And great if your credit is down right bad. They want to sell you a car and the interest rate they get you is low.

Horrible i bought a vehicle from them a year ago and since the day i purchased it, there has been nothing but issues and the mechinic and Finance Manager Mike are racist horrible people do not buy a car from there ever! My steering wheel colum is stuck and my car goes into drive and reverse by itself

Guy I bought my car from was pretty cool. Very nice and straight-forward. The thing with Abbott Motors is they do everything old-school, so it's a lot of waiting. Never had an issue with the garage, but this is the only place I have ever been that doesn't have a key box. They have crappy service hours and you have to physically drop your car off during those hours in order to have it serviced. This has caused me to take my business somewhere more convenient for my schedule. Great place if you have a lot of free time to wait around.

I bought a Jeep in November,since then I have had it in the shop a few times. The last time was a major problem. Let me say none of the issues was because it was a bad car. Had to have it towed to the shop for repairs. The guys fixed everything very fast. Repairs where covered under warranty which was great. John the sevice manger has taken care of me every time . Very friendly and helpful. He is a great asset to the shop. Thanks again for the great service. I will continue to be a customer if and when I need any service again

Sincerely, some of the most proactive people I've met in western NY. They, seemingly always are finding ways to help you get out the door. From trimming the costs by finding out options. Really solid technical background for the whole crew. Note : I've wrenched cars since my first job, in high school. These guys will bend over backwards and never sacrificing safety over price. Credit's due where credit is due.
