Great experience! The sales associate we worked with stayed open to wait for us after we got a little lost getting to the dealer. He gave us better directions to get there. He let us test drive the vehicle we wanted and started out paperwork even though it was after hours. He went into work on his vacation to continue our buying process a few days later. Again, he stayed open after hours to accommodate our work schedules. We also got a great dinner recommendation. So far, we like our used vehicle. There might be an issue with the wiper fluid system and the back doors keep freezing shut. When we called the service center to ask about this, he was accommodating too. Because we live far from the dealer, he gave us possible solutions to try first. If it doesn't work, we are well within our new contract to bring it in and have it serviced free of charge. Other dealers did not come close to this kind of treatment. Our experience in this kind of friendly, welcoming place where customer service seemed to matter was great and a breath of fresh air.

Very Loyal customer! I have bought two vehicles from bob at Basil and I have never regretted my decision. I also have them do the maintenance on my vehicle. The service department is always quick, accurate and reasonable in price! GREAT customer service and they actually put the customer first!!

Love the service at Basil. The salesmen are awesome and easy to talk to. They remember me everytime I am there. Awesome place to buy a car. I have bought 3 cars from them and would not shop anywhere else.

Great sales people. Made buying my car an easy and wonderful experience. Great service people. Fast service and they get the job done right the first time. I will continue to go there and when I buy an other car I will go through them.

Basil was very helpful and so accommodating! They helped me get approved for a loan and into the exact car I wanted with a more than reasonable price. Bob my salesman and the financial manager turned my awful experience of car shopping elsewhere into an easy, stress free experience!
