State store. This is where ALL businesses such as independent liquor stores and restaurants have to purchase liquor. So please understand there is a reason why liquor is so high in Alabama. We have the 4th highest excise tax in the nation and we are highly controlled by the ABC board.

Ridiculous that a state has to control! What year are we in 1930? I vacation in Florida and go to Publix and Winn Dixie liquor stores = GREAT prices. Why get ripped off in Alabama? Visitors to the state are really put off by your ancient dictatorship.
