Jessica Norraena- i have had a similar problem with that dentist. She numbed me in the wrong place and my whole cheek was swollen and my mother has set for me and my brother to never see her again, but i wouldn't count on it. i would recommend you a visit with Dr. Bob we have had no issues or trouble with him and he is always concerned when you are his patient that day. One time he was pulling my tooth and kept asking if i could feel anything and i would tell him no and then he would say alright and it was over in a jiffy.

Decently priced dental. You get what you pay for. I've never had any trouble or reason for complaint. The nurses have always been super friendly. The staff at the front desk need to be more friendly.

I have always had a positive reaction to this facility. Staff is friendly and Dr.s are professional. I would recommend to others.

Front desk personnel need more training on professionalism and problem solving. When our insurance changed our ID # front desk was unable and unwilling to research it resulting in a delay of service .Had to reschedule . The same time my coworker's dentist had no problem retrieving the ID # change. My son took off work and went there today to have his front upper tooth repaired after his piece fell off last night and the front desk turned him away because they were too busy. They would not even allow him to see the dentist to assess his urgency . They also told him that they are not open on Saturdays when he is off work,but it clearly states on their website that they are open on Saturdays 8-2 Luckily Aspen dental down the road was more than happy to provide him with the required services and on spot. Needless to say abc lost 5 customers to Aspen dental today.

They treated my family bad. I never went but I'm not happy with them. She did get her money back.
