I was 15 min late due to traffic and they wanted me to reschedule my son's appointment (3 yr check up). The issue is I always end up waiting 25-30 min on average in the patient room, only to be seen by the doctor for less than 5 minutes. They must really want us to hurry up and wait. I'm quite sure they could have seen my child, regardless of the time we showed up. I would have called and explained the traffic situation, but I don't like to be on my phone in the car, especially with a child. Would not recommend. Will not be going back.

What a horrible experience at this office. Called to schedule an appt and told them everything going on with my son. The nurse that documented the information at the time the appt was made forgot to add a symptom so Dr. Odenigbo refused to check him and told me I had to schedule another appt. Then the nurse that check his vitals apon arriving was  extremely rude. Told her 3 different times what pharmacy to send the script to, go to the pharmacy, it's not there. Called back to the office, put in hold for 30 minutes to find out she sent it to the wrong pharmacy. Complete idiots that work at this place.
