Who are we and Why buy from us?

Founded in 1949, the owners of ABC Discount Appliances' philosophy was simple:
Now over half a century later and into its third generation, this family owned business has never strayed from its core principles.
Dick Super and retired partner Jim Casey built the business on strong customer service. Part of that service is having some of the most knowledgeable and professional sales staff in the business. Dick Super's son Rich and Jim Casey's son Mike have adopted their fathers' principles and expanded upon them to include a live cooking studio which enables the consumer to "try before you buy".

There was a good selection, prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly. But my biggest reason for the rating was for the salesman. He was great! Very personable, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy and made sure we got what we wanted.

This is the place to go if you want salespeople who really know what they're talking about! I have been buying from ABC for over 40 years and I've always been satisfied with their service and better than competitive prices. You can shop anywhere for price, if you know EXACTLY what you need. But this is the place to go if you need to find the BEST choice. I once needed a gas cooktop that I could install without losing the drawer underneath our old electric cooktop. They found me a unit that fit; we enjoy that very useful drawer space every day. Another time I needed a built-in oven for a narrow cabinet. They found me a narrow oven which had a 2" wider internal space than the one I had intended to buy. What's that worth over the life of the appliance?

DO NOT PATRONIZE - dishonorable & unprofessional! Window AC recently delivered, THEN advised of $45 fee! Sales rep extremely belligerent/loud. He offered return for full credit, then $45 credit, but never done. Owner refused to give credit, refused return & HUNG UP ON ME!
