The owner went out of his way to accommodate me on short notice. The staff didn't just get there on time, they arrived early, and communicated updates while enroute. That's very comforting when your running around setting up for a child's birthday. The staff was courteous and professional. They took the time to make sure everything was set up exactly where I envisioned it. They were knowledgable about the unit as well. I went with the Disco Dome. Everything was as described, the unit looked like it was brand new, lights worked flawlessly, and they had me hooked up to the Bluetooth speaker and playing music with in seconds of finishing set up. My kids loved it, really happy with my experience here, I don't usually write reviews, but I would def use these guys again! A+

I ordered 3 machines from the company ! We could not get the one machine to work during the event. Proof was given that the machine did not work. The owner did and said everything he could not to give refund! The owner and wife yelled and cursed at me and I've never seen so much unprofessionalism in my life. Half the money was refunded for the machine and a complaint was filed with the better business bureau. The owner then called and harassed me regarding the claim calling me a lier. So unprofessional can't believe these business owners are in business with other people's hard earned money!

I used Time for Fun Jumpers services for my wedding and I would recommend it to anybody who is looking for similar places. I rented tables and chairs and I forgot to order chair covers; nonetheless, after knowing that my order was for a wedding, one of the staff member call me and facilitated them for me. The services from Time for Fun Jumpers was execelent, cheap and on time!
