Story

ABC Fitness will change your life. Founder Jennifer Neal has designed a new and practical approach to exercise. This program is designed to mold and sculpt you into a whole "new you!" We believe that no matter who you are, no matter what you do, you absolutely, positively, do have the power to change!

Our team of trained professionals are committed to helping each person succeed. With each of our programs we execute our experience in planning, implementing, and executing training protocols that result in greater client confidence.

ABC Fitness Inc. is the Central Valley’s first and largest outdoor training company. Now offering personal training, outdoor bootcamps, foxy mom stroller camps, Turlock run clubs, and heated Pilates and yoga classes in our studio, as well as nutritional coaching.

Rain or shine, ABC fitness utilizes our City’s parks. Chances are, you’ve probably seen ABC campers sweating out their tough workouts at in all of our 9 locations. Exercising outdoors offers the benefit of an ever-changing environment and terrain, which means you must adapt to varying slopes, obstacles and climates. This results in better balance, strength, and coordination, as well an increased ability to burn calories and fat.

It’s not just about losing weight. We're committed to ensuring that every participant finds what they need whether it's one on one training or mobility and functional training through our Pilates and yoga, bootcamp, stroller camp or any of our program.
