Harding Performance Bootcamp is a fun and energetic fitness workout program that includes, motivation, accountability and dynamic resistance training, all designed to get you the body that you want in safe and fun environment.

This is a 6 week boot camp class that meets Monday Wednesday and Fridays at 515am,615am and 845 am on MWF. 530 pm, 630 pm and 730 pm on MWTHURS. This includes measurements, weigh-ins, body fat percentage, and goal setting prior to beginning the class. The workouts mainly consist of strength training, agility training, calisthenics, plyometrics, bodyweight training, cardio, core strengthening and conditioning. The class usually lasts up to an hour at the most

6. Not to get yelled at- This isn't your typical military boot camp where there is yelling and screaming in your face. I believe in fitness through motivation, inspiration and challenging you to do things you normally wouldn't do when you walk into a gym.
7. Block your fat storage hormones- Stress releases cortisol and too much cortisol can slow down your metabolism which will cause you to gain weight. Excessive stress even affects where we tend to store fat. Higher levels of stress are linked to greater levels of abdominal fat. This class will reduce your stress levels reducing in less cortisol which ultimates leads you to the body you desire to achieve.
8. NUTRITION- Nuritional and diet help which encourages you to make it a lifestyle change rather than a diet. Guiding you to eating 5-6 meals a day which boosts your metabolism and will increase your rate of fat burning and gaining muscle.
9. Metabolic circuit training- This is my philosophy and why I enjoy using this method for majority of our workouts. Think of a metabolic circuit as interval training mixed with resistance training. That means you get the fat-burning and heart-busting benefits of intense cardio along with the muscle-building properties of a weight workout. So basically, I want you to burn as many calories as possible throughout the workout and even afterwards while our heart rate is in fat burning mode!!!
