Price is good but i feel they need to improve there customer service. Not a pleasant place. Would be nice if employees were not rude and trained properly.

RACIST AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL:
I was at this place to have a fun birthday party. When I asked for a coke with no ice, the old lady working in the food area suggested that I was "not American" (from, supposedly, my skin color) and basically refused to serve the pizza and wings that I paid for. Then the people standing in line saw what was happening and questioned the lady. After the situation escalated, the cowardly lady ran away to the back room.

Thanks to the other slightly sensible gentlemen working there, we got our food and drinks, and he also apologized.

Then when we went to talk to the manager about this situation, the old racist lady came back out and started telling one of my friends to "keep wearing his skinny jeans while his parents pay for his way." Just a background info, that friend works to pay for his own stuff including clothes, college, and his car.

Although the manager apologized, he didn't seem to quite care about this issue at all. I still can't believe how business owners could so foolish to employ such ignorant people who tear down the reputation of their brand. Not even that, how do such xenophobic people even exist even in 2018.

All in all, if you are a person of color, or like to wear skinny jeans this place might not be the best fit for you. Try Coliseum, it's much more professional and less mentally traumatizing.

Extremely rude and mean older lady who works there ruined the atmosphere and caused my children and I to leave not spending any money. The sad part is she wasn't rude to me but a person in front of the line. Will not return EVER again and I suggest if you have to go don't buy food only bowl.

I never leave reviews for anything at all. I try not to use social media as much as possible but I have to leave this review and let people know what they're getting into here.

Witnessed an older women working both the service desk and concessions (alternating I guess) say some incredibly pathetic racist things to a young man who was there for his birthday this evening. He simply asked to not have ice in his drink cup and she replied "you're not American, I don't have to listen to you". The kid was clearly an American, there with his friends for his birthday (of all days right?) but because of the color of his skin she had a real problem with him asking for no ice in his cup.

When she realized other people we're noticing what she was doing she sulked off into the back room.

I was here with my family and they all wanted to have a good time, so I hesitated to confront her, but this kind of thing is something I will never be able to tolerate.

A paying customer who paid to bowl and was paying for food and drinks, and you say some racist out of line things like that to them? Not tolerable at all. Who the hell do you think you are?

I will not be back and I urge anybody that sees this to not support this pathetic establishment until the old lady with glasses and brown hair is removed. I'll be going to The Coliseum from now on.

This must happen a lot too, because scrolling through the reviews on Facebook, you see that just a matter of days ago there was another racially tinged incident that someone felt compelled to leave a review about - most likely involving the same woman.

Maybe ABC West Lanes should simply fire her? Any other establishment would do so. If shes the owner, maybe she should step back and let someone else run the desk. She clearly can't handle the pressures of filling up cups of soda for paying customers.

This is apparently a good place to bowl only if you are white. One of the employees made a racist comment to my friend, this is not a very family friendly environment, and I will never be going back. My friend asked for a drink without ice, and the response he received was something like "that's not how we do things here in America". I cannot believe I am seeing this kind of thing in 2017, let alone in a business. We asked her to apologize to our friend and she refused, and the other managers didn't even care that it happened or apoligize. If I were conducting a business I would fire someone for that sort of conduct.
