These folks have been calling,  emailing and texting me for months.  My Kia went to the giant scrap yard in the sky so naturally I thought of these folks first. I called and spoke to Kisha who texted me her email address and I sent her the required paystubs that my employer provides each week and proof of residency.   I called her to confirm that she received them and she said she is,  I was approved and all I had to do was drive the hour to Bedford Heights  to test drive and sign the papers. I asked could I go to the Youngstown lot and she said no,  that lot is closed and that I had to come there.  I explained that I'm a store manager and someone would have to leave their site to relieve me and that since this was a far drive I was getting dropped off, I needed to confirm everything was a go.  Again,  she assured me she'd done all that was needed,  I didn't need to bring anything but my licence.  We get there and something said tell my ride to wait around for a minute.  As it turns out you need direct deposit.  We get paid in cash with a paystub.  Kisha had never processed my paperwork so it actually wasn't a go.  There was a big guy there who may be the manager outside smoking,  dropping f-bombs about another customer. I was pretty upset.  Mind you (and I also told Kisha this before driving up there) that I had just bought a car at Drive Time in May for my son.  I used the same exact paystubs and drove off of the lot in a 2015 Chrysler 200 fully loaded.  My daughter,  who works the same company I do, took the same paystubs to Drive Time and drove off the lot in a 2013 Ford Explorer.  I can get another car from there once we pay on this one a year.  Point being,  these guys are liars,  their customer service sucks.  Go to Drive Time.

I would like to add that my son-in-law works at the same company myself and my daughter does.  This is a reputable company.  We have an on-line store and a brick and mortar store. He went to Drive Time with the same paystubs I had when I went to ABC.  Again,  no direct deposit and drove off of the lot with a 2016 Hyundai Sonata with 45,000 miles.

All the ABC car lots are nothing but rip offs. You buy a $3000 car and end up paying $18000 or more. They are really nice to you until you need to use the warranty or until you miss a payment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will screw you

Check your warrenty they sold me car and 3days after my warrenty was up the whole engine on the car blew up GET THE 24/24 WARRENTY better safe then sorry!!

My experience was top notch. Kendell did an excellent job in getting me into the vehicle I was looking for. I would definitely refer a friend and especially to Kendell.
