If I could rate this lower I would. I bought my first car from Doug. He told me at first he would not be able to help finance me and then changed his mind a few minutes later because some sign from God. He spent a good amount of time talking about how he's going to treat me right because he's a Christian. This man gave me a rotted lemon. I have been making payments on a 97 Bonneville that I was promised would last me and be a great starter car and here I am only 7 months into paying on it and the transmission is failing. When I looked at the car I was told the only things I'd have to do is get a new horn and a new radio face plate. My first red flag was that the raido was completely detached on the inside and was honestly probably never connected, just shoved in there. Then the blower for the heat/AC starts making this whining noise, a wheel baring goes and when it was taken off was in PIECES and was probably original to the car. Then I get a leak in the tubing for my heat and have to run a bypass, a fuel filter that was apparently original started leaking and spraying gas underneath the entire car, my exhaust snapped in half while I was driving 2 weeks ago, the actuators for my air are now broken, and as of last week my transmission is in such bad shape the mechanic he referred me to that will apparently give all of his customers amazing deals is REFUSING to touch the car. In good standings with the BBB my ass. I would NEVER recommend this "dealership" to anyone. Stay far away from this place.

Very friendly, works with you. I bought an 06 Mazda 3. If you want low miles look elsewhere.

I went there to purchase a 2005 Dodge Neon from them on Feb. 1st. The car was selling for $4995. I spoke directly to the owner Doug and we went back in forth until we came to a deal of $4601.88 price out the door. He wrote this down on a sheet of paper saying bring this back with you because I know my handwriting and if you put $100 dollars down we will fix the problems with the car. Problems he said he would fix were radio, rear view mirror, Gauge cluster, and replace A/C knobs. The next day I had a friend of mine test drive the car and check it out mechically. He called and said it was good so I gave him the OK to put $100 down on it. I had 24 hours to pay the balance. I went up there the next day with cash in hand. This is when he changed the price on me even though he acknowledge the deal we already made. He then informed me it wasn't his car to sell so he couldn't honor the deal even though he stated to me the first day that he was the owner and all deals go through him. The new price now is $5577.15 but he did offer a free power train warranty for my trouble. After we couldn't come to an agreement the lady in the office stepped in and said please excuse him he has a brain tumor. I guess that makes it OK to change a deal after you agree on a price. I don't want the car now because I will never do business with them again. I want it on record because the first words he spoke was how great of a rating he has with the BBB.
