Excellent customer service! We have been here several times and it is always a wonderful experience. The staff is warm and welcoming, the food is awesome and it is not your everyday pizza place. A MUST if in Leavenworth.

Good food, poor service. 

One of the few places to get real pizza and I have to give them credit for the quality of the food. That being said, the service was terrible. I ordered a pizza, was told it would be 30 minutes. Okay, that's reasonable, so I sit down and wait for my food. 40 minutes later I ask how much longer. They said about 5 minutes. Okay. Not great but I can deal. 10 minutes later they brought a pizza. It was not the one I had ordered. I told them. They went and checked. They got my order mixed up. My pizza had been sitting under a heat lamp for 20 minutes while I sat there waiting for it. They eventually refunded me, but they first offered to re-make it as if I had time to wait for another pizza at this point. Don't know if I'll be back. The service left an awful aftertaste on what was otherwise a good pie. I'll be sure to update my review if this was a one time thing.

Great owner and staff! Fun atmosphere. Their menu is crazy big. Pizza is very good. A local gem!

Fresh and amazing options. Their willingness to come on post is a big plus!!! Love their sandwiches too!
