After a great beginning, very disappointing. Mark was over-the-top helpful before the sale, but after he fell short. I called him with several problems but all I got was a "I'll have my guy in Syracuse come look at it ". Never happened. I was in rehab when I bought the van, so Mark said to call him when I got out with any problems and that he would come out and show me how to fasten my scooter in. I had to have the windshield washer fluid pump replaced and wipers immediately, the driver's door lock does not work and the "check brakes" light comes on when the speed hits thirty, then stays on until it drops back below thirty. I have pursued this, and it's thought to be a sensor problem. When I called Mark, the person I spoke to (ostensibly Mark) told me that there is no way to secure a scooter in any wheelchair van. He knew I needed it for a scooter and have since found a way to fasten it in, but really? Then why did he sell it to me? Despite several follow-ups by email, I have not heard from him.
