I have purchased many massages for family, friends, and customers at various other spas over the years, but this was my first personal experience receiving a massage, and while admittedly not having much to compare it with, I cannot imagine a more professional, and pleasing environment to be had anywhere else.  Jena was the consummate professional, and was careful to make it a very pleasant experience for me and make me feel  very comfortable and important.  From now on, it’s where I will be purchasing personal spa experiences for family, friends, customers, and of course myself.  These folks are doing it right.

The BEST massage I've ever had. Not even exaggerating. I never/rarely write reviews, but I had to this time because this place is top-tier. From the ambiance down to the skills of their massage therapists (Jena), this place has nailed it.

Was not the best massage I ever had.  Got a gift certificate from my husband for Valentine's Day and went ahead and booked the appointment.  

Got there and the outside doors were locked and the staff was sitting behind the counter.  Keep in mind it is past my appointment time by the time they opened the door.  

Was brought back to the room and it was dark and not a very relaxing environment at all.  Was very disappointed in the atmosphere of this place completely. 

She started my massage and it seemed like to me that she rushed through it, again keep in mind that the doors were opened after my appointment time so she started after my appointment time.  She was very inconsistent with her techniques and pressure.  

Since I was rushed through my massage and appointment I assumed that they would make up for the time at the end.  But no.  She stopped the massage promptly at the next hour so I didn't receive the full amount of time that I was supposed to. 

I will not be returning here and will not recommend this place to anyone.  I will recommend them right up the road to Bumble Lane.  They will get a much better experience there in a much more relaxed atmosphere.
