Just got a membership here and everyone is nice and helpful! Not sure where all of these negative reviews came from but they definitely deserve a 5.0!

I've been going here for a while because there isn't another place in the area to tan. Today I came in and they had gone through all of the customer's lotions and thrown them away, including my new bottle. They didn't call me, didn't send an email, and didn't reimburse me. The best the girl could offer was 40% off another bottle! I feel completely scammed. The only reason this place stays open is because it's the only one available in the area. I'm really hoping Darque Tan comes this way so I can stop coming here and finally have a nice, clean, and rip-off free place to tan! I have had the worst experience with this place and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Not clean, not inviting, good price but I would not return simply because of the cleanliness factor.

Especially as a man, going to the spa is not a typical destination. But I felt at ease and comfortable succumbing to Shaye and Britney who did not steer me wrong with a teeth whitening experience. They were both thoughtful, courteous, and intent on making my experience enjoyable. Honestly, I can see how women get pampered and addicted to going to the spa. I highly recommend it for a chance of pace, health and beauty, and most importantly a random gift certificate - fellas never underestimate the power of a day of the spa for your special lady friend.

I read the reviews here and they're not very good, but I've been going a few weeks now and it's the same girl working during the day. She's super sweet and is always happy to help. She's knowledgeable about products as well. Great experience.
