I use to love this office. They never answer the phone, your always on hold for long periods of time. You have an appointment and they leave you in the room for extended periods of time. Some of the receptionist are unprofessional. You have your pharmacy fax over documentation and it takes days for someone to answer them. They need a total revamp. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here.

The only reason I’m inclined to give them two stars instead of one is that my first visit there way back in 2004 was decent - maybe because I was seen by an actual doctor. Every experience since then was abysmal. On more than one occasion I’ve gone there as a walk-in sick visit and they’ve forgotten about me in the waiting room. If you’re running a fever, don’t take anything for it, because they’re going to diagnose you based on your temperature at the office. Got an HMO? Need an insurance referral from them to see a specialist? You’ll have an easier time scheduling tea with the Queen. They don’t call you back. They don’t put through referrals. They don’t provide adequate basic care. Waiting room is a zoo, office staff is incompetent. To tell you the truth, I’m not sure why this place even exists.

ZERO STARS. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. Stay away and take your business elsewhere. Staff is incompetent and lie. They take 5 days to fill out a school form with immunizations and cannot put in prescriptions correctly. Office manager says their is no one above her. Lol. Yeah okay. I guess being a manager makes you the owner. Lol. Ridiculous! Nothing but issues for routine clinic operations. This is the worst example of a family clinic and yes I have filed a formal complaint. HORRIBLE CLINIC

I have had a few minor issues with this practice, and that was only with one of the nurses. I was the first person to arrive for a Sat. morning appt. at 8 am. I arrived around 8:10. I was by myself for about 10, 12 minutes, then other patients started coming. I was never called for my 8 am appt. She called 5 people ahead of me. I had to go the the registation window and they spoke with her. I was finally called around 8:40. When I mentioned it to her, she gave me very little eye contact, stating she just started calling patients as soon as she got in. My chart was the very first one, yet I was never called until I spoke to someone. Other than that one unpleasant experience and waiting to get through on the phone, I have no complaints. I always get a call back from the doctors in a timely fashion. Refills are always promptly called in to my pharmacy, and they seem genuinely concerned about my health. It would be good to see one doctor consistently, but it seems that's not always possible because of their schedules.

Went to a female resident doc. She didn't know anything. Didn't prescribe for pain. Was not a thorough diagnostician. She didn't think to provide a referral until I asked for one. She needed closer supervision by a doctor who knows what they are doing.
