Dr Kress saved my dad's life.   My dad had a heart defect that had gotten worse over time.   Dr. Kress heard something weird during a routine physical and pressured him to see a Cardiologist.   The defect would have been fatal if not repaired.   Evidence is anecdotal but my dad has been fine for 15 years since the surgery and I am grateful for the time with him.

We have been with this practice for 17 years. We love the doctors and nurse practitioner here. The office staff can be a bit gruff over the phone, but are pretty helpful in person. Wait times in the office are short and reasonable. Getting an appointment for illness is usually fairly easy, but we sometimes have to schedule preventative care 3-4 months out. Overall, we are very happy with this practice.

I absolutely love this practice!  I walk in they are very accommodating and I NEVER wait to long when I visit Dr. Kress.  He is very informitable and to the point of why I come in.  The staff is excellant in office  and on the phone.   What i need is done efficiently and properly.  
I do NOT agree nor understand these ignorant comments written by some people on here.  I apologize for their ignorance.  I don't like nor agree with them or talking down about people.  Who would write "he belongs in jail!  Or Reb Weaver's comment about her mother!  Listen, if the patient has issues with their medications that is NOT the doctors fault.  He is not a babysitter.  And I'm sure your mother since she's "OLD"  may need assistance or maybe she is not the one with the problem.  Who writes things like that.  Dr. Kress does his job appropriately and efficiently.  Sounds like you need to just help your mother out, instead of finding someone  to point the blame for your problem. 
Again thank your to all of the girls and Dr. Kress for all you do!  My whole family come to see you and you deffinately keep us happy and HEALTHY!

Dr. Wetzel is awesome, however the reception staff is HORRIBLE! , I run an office myself with two receptionist under me, if I or staff ever spoke to patients the way they do it would be completely unacceptable! Was on hold for 10+ min, just to be told the "if I can get away from these phone I'll look into your issue" I need my daughters vax info sent to me for morning care for school and they are holding up the process, I've sent request twice now!  Even when in the office their attitudes are always horrible! I'm sure a provider would hate to loose someone with great coverage but the drive is becoming not worth it!

he nearly killed my mom by over prescribing the wrong combo of meds to an old lady.  hes an idiot who belongs in jail.
