The WORST Managnent company in NYC. If you are looking at any building managed by these guys, STAY AWAY. I originally signed a lease with them which was supposed to start on August 17th, the agreement was they would prorate that month and then every rent would be on the 1st. Well when my movers showed up on the 18th, the apartment was being remodeled with wood everywhere, kitchen cabinets on the floors and a large table saw in the middle of the living room. The apartment was clearly not ready to be rented out, I sent my movers to bring everything to storage and stayed at a hotel. I took them 10 days to complete the work, but when I brought it up to Managment and argued that my lease should start on September 1st which is when I was able to move in, all of my calls and emails went unanswered, dead silent! At the end of my year long lease, I decided not to renew and they have been holding on to my 6 month security depsit (30k+) for almost 4 months. Not only they are unprofessional and they are crooks, but every single person in that office from building managers to office personal are  LIARS, they will literally lie to your face and make up stories even though you have a previous email stating something completely different. There are plenty of apartments in NYC, STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS, They are horrible!!

This management company is slimy. They don't answer the phone, they are evasive and don't care at all about their renters. They get away with it because the demand is too high.
